Each card presents a modality and a study question designed to test whether you understand its key differentiating concept — not just its name, but what makes it distinct from related approaches. Questions target the features that distinguish modalities within the same tradition: for instance, what separates ISTDP from standard psychodynamic therapy, or how Brainspotting differs from EMDR.
Cards are selected randomly. After revealing an answer, mark “Knew it” or “Missed,” or skip to another card. The tool keeps running correct and missed totals for the current visit.
