Each card presents a modality and a study question designed to test whether you understand its key differentiating concept — not just its name, but what makes it distinct from related approaches. Questions target the features that distinguish modalities within the same tradition: for instance, what separates ISTDP from standard psychodynamic therapy, or how Brainspotting differs from EMDR.
Cards can be filtered by clinical tradition (Psychoanalytic, Cognitive-Behavioral, Humanistic, Existential, Somatic, Systemic, Trauma-Focused, Psychedelic-Assisted, and others) and shuffled randomly.
